Arjun Dhanjal (he/him/his)

Arjun Dhanjal is a diversity, equity, and inclusion strategist based in Toronto, Ontario. With over 10 years of experience working in the technology, financial, education, and non-profit industries, Arjun has a proven track record for building diverse, high-performing organizations. He has been working at TD Bank Group in Toronto since 2016, where he leads the 2SLGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group for TD’s technology organization—a mandate spanning over 25,000 colleagues.

Arjun served as a student trustee for the Halton District School Board from 2012-2013, and has been involved with OSTA-AECO in a leadership capacity since his return to the organization in 2014. As the chair of the board of directors, Arjun has led the board through significant organizational and cultural changes.
