Carrie Burns-Solitar

Carrie Burns-Solitar serves as the Sr. Manager of Strategic Financial and Business Planning at the Ontario Government since September 2020. With a background in various managerial roles within the Government of Ontario from 2002 to 2015, Carrie has spearheaded initiatives in collaboration, infrastructure services coordination, IT infrastructure investment, and common services delivery. Responsibilities have included promoting collaboration within the Children, Youth and Social Services I&IT Cluster, overseeing cross-divisional financial data reporting, and managing business operations and project reporting for technology infrastructure projects. Carrie holds an Honours BA in Economics and Commerce from the University of Toronto - Trinity College.
