Mark Speers is a retired professional who served as the Director of the Transportation, Trade and Investment Branch at the Ontario Government since 2013. They were responsible for various initiatives, including the Northern Hwys Program, the Winter Roads Program, and the Trade and Investment Strategy for the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines. Mark earned an HBSc in Forestry from Lakehead University between 1980 and 1984.
