Nicole M Alcock

Nicole M Alcock, MBA has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Nicole M is currently the IT Director of Program and Product Management at Ontellus since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Stewart Title from January 2016 to December 2019 as the Director of Software Development, where they drove strategic change and efficiencies for key applications in partnership with business leaders.

Before joining Stewart Title, Nicole worked at American Express for over 20 years from 1998 to 2015. During their time at American Express, they held multiple roles including Director of Technical Delivery, Director of Data Management, and Program and Project Manager. As the Director of Technical Delivery, they led a team in supporting the global corporate card data warehouse and managed a $4 million program annually. Nicole M excelled in aligning and prioritizing business needs from multiple partners and was responsible for the delivery and operations, including 250,000 monthly inbound and outbound files.
