Morgan Ross

Morgan Ross has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Starting in 1992, Ross worked as a Real Estate Financial Analyst at Jonak & Co. In 1996, Ross joined Global Market Ltd as a Lead Developer, specializing in developing portal sites for various industries. From 1997 to 1999, Ross worked as a Web Systems Analyst at Thomson Publishing (Gee business Network), where they built and tested interactive online business resource applications. In 1999, Ross became a Technical Lead at nettec Plc, leading e-commerce projects for First Choice Group. Ross then served as IT Director at The Digital Property Group from 2002 to 2009, starting as a Technical Director at Primelocation and eventually becoming IT Director for the group. From 2009 to 2013, Ross worked as IT Director for James Villa Holidays, overseeing IT operations and team culture. In 2013, Ross held the position of Global CTO at World Trade Group, focusing on IT strategy and team recruitment. Currently, Ross is the Product & Technology Director at OnTheMarket, a property portal founded by leading estate and lettings agents in the UK.

Morgan Ross obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with an Information Systems option from Virginia Tech, where they studied Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, and Computing. In October 2012, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
