Tom Gough has a strong background in marketing and product management. Tom has served as Head of Marketing at OnTheMarket since 2023. Prior to this, they were Head of Marketing at Global Life Distribution Holdings Ltd from 2017 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for developing the annual commercial marketing plan, expanding marketing channels, and doubling revenues. From 2014 to 2017, Tom was Head of Product and Marketing at NetPlayTV, where they managed a marketing budget and oversaw five brands. Tom also held the position of Head of Bingo at Global Radio from 2013 to 2014, with P&L responsibility for the Heart online bingo brand. Earlier in their career, they served as Marketing Manager at Rank Interactive, Campaign Manager at Rank Interactive, Offline Marketing Manager at Blue Square, and Product Manager at Westminster Collection. Overall, Tom has demonstrated a track record of success in marketing and product management roles.
Tom Gough attended Rickmansworth School from 1988 to 1995, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following this, from 1995 to 1999, they enrolled at De Montfort University and obtained a 2:1 degree in Business Studies with Marketing.
