Jade Conway

Jade Conway is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Partner at Ontic since June 2023. Previously, Jade held the role of Senior Recruitment Business Partner and Recruitment Business Partner at Bailie Group Business Services from March 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Jade worked as a Consultant at Meridian Business Support from May 2019 to March 2021, focusing on the recruitment of Procurement and Technology talent in Gloucestershire. Jade's earlier experience includes a Talent Acquisition Recruiter position at IRESS and various roles at Meridian Business Support, including Acting Branch Manager, where management of a recruitment branch for Professional and Engineering contracts was undertaken.
