Robert McCausland

Robert McCausland is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over three decades in the electronics and manufacturing sectors. Since September 2012, Robert has served as an NPI Project Engineer and Post Design Support Engineer at Ontic, focusing on manufacturing engineering, production support, and new product introduction. Prior to this, Robert worked at Herald Electronics Ltd from October 1991 to April 2012 as a Production Engineer, managing customer product configurations within the company's ERP system. During a portion of this tenure, Robert held the position of Cell Team Leader, overseeing shopfloor production for significant railway industry projects and directing a team of 25 production operatives. Earlier in the career, Robert gained foundational experience as a Custom Assembler at Securicor Electronics, dealing with complex military and RF applications.
