Oleg Kononovich has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries. Oleg founded and served as the CEO of ONTID, a company specializing in complex web and mobile solutions development in domains such as Medical, Logistics, Sports, FinTech, and Pharmaceutical. Oleg'sresponsibilities included strategic and operational management of the company, as well as daily operational management of various departments.

In 2022, Oleg became the Chief Technology Officer at FX WiseRisk, where they contributed to the design, development, and execution of an advanced FX risk solution. This solution included AI capabilities, intelligence-based learning, and easy integration for Fortune 500 level clients.

Prior to that, Oleg founded and acted as the CEO of GOODRANK, an expert in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and online marketing. Under their leadership, the team successfully carried out various projects related to SEO, website development, web-marketing, advertising, promotion, audit, and consulting.

During their time there, from 2013 to 2014, they pursued a degree in Professional Coach ICU (International Coach Union) with a field of study in Coaching.
