Michael Pang has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michael started their career at Advantech as a Key Account Sales representative, providing technical support and solutions to customers' needs. Michael then joined Rudolph Technologies as a Field Service Engineer, where they performed maintenance and troubleshooting for automated optical inspection tools. After that, they worked at Sandvik Materials Technology as an Area Sales Manager, meeting sales targets and providing technical support for heating systems. Michael then returned to Rudolph Technologies as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales in the South East Asia region, managing sales activities, and developing sales strategies. Michael is currently working at Onto Innovation in the same role, driving sales for various systems and collaborating with colleagues from other regions on solutions and reference selling opportunities.

Michael Pang pursued an Advanced Diploma in Technology with a focus on Electronics Engineering at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, they went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Control Systems Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.
