Phillip Corley

Phillip Corley serves as the Vice President and General Manager of North America at Onto Innovation since May 2024. Prior to this role, Phillip held various positions at Lam Research from July 2014 to May 2023, including Managing Director of Strategic Sales Integration and Sr Director of Business Development for Strategic Accounts. Before rejoining Lam Research, Phillip worked at ATMI as Sr Director for North America and Europe and held director-level roles at Lam Research, overseeing global account sales and operations. Phillip began their career at Applied Materials, where responsibilities included managing global account strategic projects. Phillip holds a BSTM in Technical Management and an ASSET in Electronic Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
