Mano Nugapitiya

Mano Nugapitiya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic advisory roles. From January 2017 to July 2022, Mano served as a Strategic Advisor and Managing Partner at Ontoit. Currently an Honorary Associate at the University of Technology, Sydney, Mano contributes to research in project management soft skills and industry partnerships. Mano was previously a Director at Endstate Pty Ltd, leading management consulting services, and played a significant role as a Committee Member for Regional Development Australia, Greater Sydney, during its inception. Earlier experience includes project management for major infrastructure projects at APP Infrastructure. Mano holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master's Degree in Civil and Mining Engineering from the University of Sydney.
