Emily Moses-Cohen

Emily Moses-Cohen, MS-HRM, has an extensive work history in human resources. Emily started as a Human Resources Assistant at mcgarrybowen in 2014, before moving on to roles of increasing responsibility at Proskauer Rose LLP from 2015 to 2021. Their positions at Proskauer Rose LLP included Human Resources Coordinator, Senior Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Specialist, and eventually Human Resources Supervisor. In 2021, Emily joined Ontra as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner before progressing to Head of People Partnerships and eventually Director of People Partnerships and Employee Experience. Throughout their career, Emily has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving employee experiences and organizational effectiveness.
