Kelly Dougan

Kelly Dougan is a Senior Data Engineer currently at Ontra since July 2022, with prior experience in the same role at Curology from March 2020 to July 2022. Previously, Kelly worked as a Software Engineer at Crux Informatics from June 2018 to January 2020, contributing to an SDK in Python for data pipeline creation and deploying Docker images for data ingestion. At M&T Bank, from January 2017 to May 2018, Kelly served as a Quantitative Analyst, designing and implementing APIs for time series modeling in Python and building models for regulatory stress testing in SAS. Also held the title of PhD Modeling Intern, where a model was developed in MATLAB for interest rate forecasting. Kelly holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University at Buffalo and a BA in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
