Leidy Valencia

Leidy Valencia is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Account Director for New Sales (Americas) at Ontra since June 2021, where the focus is on contract automation and intelligence. Prior to Ontra, Leidy held roles at Kleger-Heine Legal Solutions, offering legal advice for corporate matters, and gained extensive experience at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in capital markets and litigation. Leidy also contributed to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a Confidential Assistant to Chair Mary Jo White. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from Connecticut College. Additionally, Leidy has been actively involved with the Alumni Association Board of Directors at Connecticut College.
