Teo Cervantes

Teo Cervantes is currently the Head of Infrastructure Engineering at Ontra, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Teo served as Head of Infrastructure Engineering for Wallet Payments & Commerce at Apple from June 2020 to August 2025, where responsibilities included transforming infrastructure for Apple Pay and implementing cloud-native architectures. Teo's extensive career at Apple spanned from June 2005 to April 2018, holding various leadership roles, including founding the engineering organization for cloud infrastructure, overseeing strategic planning for Apple's Internet Services division, and serving as the primary architect for iCloud. Earlier experiences include senior system administration roles at Stand Sure Systems and Cogent Solutions, with a foundational degree in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco.
