Brittany Rutledge

Brittany Rutledge serves as the Director of Enterprise Sales at OnTrac since May 2022, leading a team of seven direct reports and focusing on building relationships, capturing new business, and driving value and revenue. Prior to this role, Brittany achieved significant accolades at LaserShip as the Enterprise Account Executive, including Salesperson of the Year in 2021, while supporting major eCommerce players. Brittany's career includes roles at DHL eCommerce, where recognition included the 2018 President's Club Award and being a finalist for the Best Woman in Sales Newcomer in 2019. Previous experience encompasses business development at FastBraiin™ Supplements, legal and sales analysis at The HELPcard, and various positions at Sam's Club, Print Mania, and First Citizens Bank. Brittany holds a Juris Doctor in Business & Corporate Law from the University of Arkansas and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Northwestern State University.
