Kathy Minter

Kathy Minter joined the OnTrack WNC board of directors in January 2022. Working in the hospitality industry and closely with OnTrack WNC for several years, Kathy has seen the difference OnTrack WNC can make in an individual’s life when they reach financial independence or homeownership. In her free time, she enjoys camping and time at the lake. Kathy leads the Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, and Onsite Health Clinic Teams at Biltmore.
