Katie McCarthy Lord

Katie McCarthy Lord, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Program Analytics and Outcomes at Ontrak Health, a position held since July 2021, after advancing from Senior Director of Customer Analytics and Outcomes. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, from 2003 to 2019, where Katie held various roles, including Senior Director of Business Consultation and Informatics Director. Earlier career positions include Contract Finance Manager at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Senior Utilization Analyst at Beth Israel Deaconess Physician Organization. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
