Jenifer Donahue

Jenifer Donahue PhD has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jenifer is currently the Vice President of Provider Services and Operations at Ontrak Health. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Operations Analytics and Reporting and the Director of Product Management at the same company.

Before joining Ontrak Health, Jenifer worked at Catasys Inc. as the Senior Director of Network Management, where they oversaw the growth and maintenance of the network and managed client relationships. Jenifer also worked at WellCare Health Plans as the Director of State Management BH, where they negotiated contracts with healthcare service providers and implemented process improvements to enhance the patient experience.

Earlier in their career, Jenifer held roles at Universal Health Care as a Team Lead in Credentialing/Contracting and at AAA Medical Management Solutions, LLC as the President, providing consultancy services to provider offices and implementing operational improvement strategies. Jenifer also worked at Briggs Medical Billing LLC as a Sales/Marketing Manager and at Genius Solutions, Inc as a Technical Support and Electronic Data Interchange Manager. Jenifer's experience spans across various aspects of healthcare management, including operations, analytics, product management, network management, and contract negotiations.

Jenifer Donahue holds a PhD in Organizational Management from Capella University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Business Administration from Ashford University, completing the program from 2006 to 2008. Jenifer also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, which they achieved from 1999 to 2003.
