Jyoti Suryavanshi-Shah has worked as a Project Manager at Ontrix Solutions since April 2016. Prior to that, they were a Senior Information Technology System Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from August 1998 to December 2001. During their time at Tata Consultancy Services, they were responsible for designing and developing a CRM tool in Java for a UK based company. jyoti also handled user requirements, coordinated with the development team, created test plans, conducted quality assurance, and provided training and mentoring to end users.

Jyoti Suryavanshi-Shah obtained their Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Science from Goa University between the years 1994 and 1998.
