Jennifer Kootstra has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer currently works as a Support Consultant at Onventis Benelux since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the same role at WorkFlowWise starting from December 2017.
Before that, Jennifer worked at Cane from 2005 to 2018. Jennifer initially joined as a Senior Support Consultant, where they were responsible for solving software problems, handling change requests, and answering questions about Exact Software and custom-made programs. Additionally, they visited customers to install and implement software and provide on-site support. Later, they took on the role of Manager Customer Services, overseeing SLAs, customer satisfaction programs, and support-related contracts.
Jennifer's first work experience was as an Intern at Maravillas in 2003.
Jennifer Kootstra's education history includes a Master of Arts degree in Consultancy and Entrepreneurship from Rotterdam Business School, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business and Languages from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has obtained several certifications. Jennifer earned the certification of "Instructeur Eerste Hulp" from Het Oranje Kruis in December 2022. In January 2008, they obtained the "Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie" from Stichting Nederlandse Associatie voor Praktijk Examens. Jennifer also completed the "Bedrijfshulpverlening" certification from Nederlands Instituut voor Bedrijfshulpverlening in December 2007, and the "Diploma Eerste Hulp" from Het Oranje Kruis in March 2006.
