Nora Duarte is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Onvida Health since January 2020, Nora develops strategic partnerships with business units to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall patient experience. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Yuma Regional Medical Center, Nora managed the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring a diverse and qualified applicant pool.
