Nora's HR career includes roles at Western Growers, Yuma Regional Medical Center, Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, Community Education Center (CiviGenics), Alside, and Shaw Industries, encompassing expertise in compensation, benefits, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. Nora holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of the Hispanic Leadership Institute Yuma County.
