Ethan Favia

Ethan Favia is an experienced professional in user experience and design, currently serving as Lead User Experience (UX/UI) Designer and Frontend Developer at Onviv since June 2017, and as Principal Consultant at Edgewater Search since August 2023, specializing in recruiting for UX, UI, design, and product positions. Prior to these roles, Ethan worked as a Client Service Associate at Union Bank of Switzerland from May 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included supporting investment professionals and high net-worth client outreach. Additionally, Ethan founded SpeakerFace LLC, serving as CEO, where the complete concept of the company, including branding and product development, was established. Ethan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Pace University and is currently pursuing a Graduate Advanced Certificate in Strategic Management from Siena College. Ethan also completed the Full Stack Program at Rutgers Coding Bootcamp in 2016.
