Francesco Menapace

Francesco Menapace is a General Manager Technology Innovation at Shell since December 2007. Prior to this, he was an Exploration Geologist at Shell and a Logging while Drilling Engineer at Schlumberger. Francesco is also the President and Co-Founder of Onward, which he co-founded in January 2020. He holds a M.Sc. in Geology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. He is focused on reinventing work through disruptive technology and new ways of working, and has gained considerable knowledge in near-field exploration.
