Onward Advisors consults with small and mid-sized companies to help them save time, money, and precious resources while comparing and choosing the best professional employer organization (PEO) for their business.

The PEO industry is a highly specialized field. Without previous experience, finding the right one can be a labor-intensive and daunting process, especially while trying to fulfill day-to-day job responsibilities. That’s where Onward Advisors comes in. Armed with decades of industry experience, we serve as an advisor and liaison, even speaking directly with PEOs on behalf of customers.

We believe in holding PEOs accountable. Between decades of industry experience working at PEOs and our deep roster of clients, we know the prices that PEOs typically charge, what should be included in each package, and what year-to-year increases are considered acceptable. We do diligence for our customers – prioritizing transparency and providing the knowledge, insight, and analysis needed to feel confident when comparing PEOs.

While the PEO selection process can often be highly transactional, it isn’t for us. PEOs have a profoundly beneficial impact on your employees – so we make the process personal. We are with customers every step of the way - checking in, offering guidance, filling in knowledge gaps, translating jargon, and making sure that they feel empowered.

To further optimize our customer experience, we built a proprietary, first-of-its-kind online portal – PEO Pro™. This custom document gathering technology platform eliminates the need for customers to fill out multiple PEO applications, making vendor analysis frictionless and shaving countless hours off of the discovery process.

Onward Advisors is where unmatched technology and unparalleled industry knowledge combine for the ultimate PEO consulting experience.
