Connor Baxter

Connor Baxter serves as the Lead Pastor at Onward Community Church since 2021 and is a Leadership Coach at Baxterleadership.com starting in March 2023, focusing on empowering leaders. Previous roles include Campus Pastor at Watermark Frisco from 2018 to 2021 and Founder and CEO of Full Ripple Effect, a coaching service for startups and college prep, from 2015 to 2018. Baxter's experience also encompasses Community Director at Watermark Community Church, Scholarship Coordinator at Kanakuk Link Year, College Intern at Countryside Church, and K-Wet Director at Kanakuk Kamps. Connor Baxter holds a degree in Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University, obtained in 2015.
