Francis Luzum oversees the asset management for Onward Investors in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market. In this role, he directs lease negotiations, capital improvement projects, tenant relations and dispositions.
Prior to joining Onward Investors, Francis served as an Asset Manager for Principal Financial Group, responsible for a portfolio of properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and southeastern United States.
