Mark Peterson

Mark Peterson identifies opportunities in target markets and directs asset acquisition. He also oversees asset management, including capital improvements, leasing negotiations, tenant relations, as well as the negotiation of loan documents, joint venture documents and partnership agreements.

Prior to joining Onward Investors, Mark served as an Asset Manager for Robert Muir Company, a Minnesota-based shopping center development company, where he managed a 1,500,000 square-foot retail portfolio, and also was responsible for property operations, including lease negotiations, tenant relations, and property maintenance. Mark’s real estate experience also includes years with the Opus Group in Opus Northwest’s retail development team in Minneapolis and with Piper Jaffray’s commercial real estate group.
