Edgar Alvarez-Romo

Edgar Alvarez-Romo has been in the IT industry since 2011. Edgar began their career at Max's Electronics and Services as a Network Technician I, where they were responsible for repairing laptops and desktops, terminating and cross connecting data lines, and installing and troubleshooting software. In 2012, they moved to Geek Squad as an Information Technology Specialist II, where they created work orders for customers, communicated with customers by phone, and maintained a work quota. In 2013, they returned to Onward IT, llc as an IT Support Specialist, where they answered customer and client phone calls, created and tracked work order tickets, and processed phone orders. From 2017 to 2021, they were an Executive Support Analyst at San Manuel Band of Mission Indians. Edgar then returned to Onward IT, llc in 2021 as a Client IT Services Manager and Client IT Services Specialist.

Edgar Alvarez-Romo attended San Bernardino Valley College from 2016-2021, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Edgar then continued their studies at San Bernardino Valley College from 2019-2022, where they earned an Associate of Arts in Social and Behavioral Science.
