Ashley Rigazio

Ashley Rigazio is a seasoned creative recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Creative Recruiter at Onward Search since January 2024, specializing in staffing for a variety of industries including advertising, entertainment, and tech. Previously, Ashley held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at JBC from December 2020 to January 2024, managing a team of recruiters nationwide. In addition to earlier roles, including Senior Managing Consultant during a brief consultancy period in 2020 and various positions at Onward Search from 2013 to 2020, Ashley has developed extensive expertise in creative staffing and talent acquisition management.
