Matt Lavin

Matt Lavin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and recruitment, currently serving as VP of Delivery at Onward Search since May 2017. Previously, Matt held multiple leadership roles at Onward Search, culminating in Vice President of Client Services in NYC. Prior experience includes serving as a Research and Solutions Associate at the NeuroLeadership Institute and as a Research Associate at Harvey Nash Group, where expertise in candidate assessment and market analysis was developed. Matt also has a strong background in coaching, having increased fundraising and improved team culture as Head Men's Rowing Coach at Marist College. Educational credentials include a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University.
