Koushik has a diverse background in talent acquisition, with experience as a Senior Executive at Onward Technologies Limited from October 2019 to August 2021 and previously as an Executive at Dayspring IT Services from May 2018 to September 2019. Koushik began a career in recruiting as an Associate Recruiter during this time. Koushik holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Valliammai Engineering College, obtained in January 2018, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Meenakshi College Of Engineering, completed in January 2016.
