Rahul Dadgale

Rahul Dadgale has extensive work experience in the engineering and product development field. Rahul started their career as a Design Engineer at Midco Ltd in Mumbai from October 2003 to April 2005. Rahul then joined Onward Technologies Limited in April 2005, where they held various roles within the Product Engineering division. Rahul served as the DGM - Product Engineering from April 2005 to November 2013, overseeing a team of 40+ engineers and managing projects for USA and Europe customers. From November 2013 to October 2020, they held the position of Director - Product Engineering, where they managed a cross-functional and global team to develop innovative mechanical and electro-mechanical products for North American clients. Most recently, they served as the General Manager - Engineering Services from October 2020 to February 2023. Starting February 2023, they are currently in the role of Sr. Director - Product Engineering at Onward Technologies Limited. Throughout their career, Rahul has demonstrated strong leadership and managerial skills in delivering cost-effective design solutions and ensuring timely project delivery.

Rahul Dadgale, PMP®, obtained an MBA in IT from Nagpur University from 2001 to 2003, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2020.
