Saranya Ranganathan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Assistant Manager - HR at Onward Technologies Limited since April 2018. Saranya's expertise encompasses employee recruitment and retention, performance management, conflict resolution, and HR policy development, alongside operational responsibilities.
