Erika Ross Ellison

Erika Ross Ellison has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Vice President of Global Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality at ONWARD. Prior to this, they worked at Abbott where they served as the Director of Clinical & Applied Research and later became the Director of Applied Research. Erika also held roles as the Volwiler Society Senior Associate Research Fellow. Before joining Abbott, Erika worked at Cala Health as the Neuroscience Director, Head of Clinical Science, and Head of Neural Engineering. Their early experience includes positions at Mayo Clinic, where they were an Assistant Professor of Neurologic Surgery and Deputy Director of the Surgical Device Innovation Accelerator. Erika also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at both Mayo Clinic and the University of Denver.

Erika Ross Ellison holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Neuroscience from Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Erika also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology and Business, as well as a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Molecular Biology, both from the University of Denver.
