Justyna Porzucek

Justyna Porzucek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sales leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Onwelo since June 2023 and as a Freelance Consultant at J4S since October 2020, Justyna specializes in sales transformation, digital transformation, sales strategy, and management. Previous roles include Sales Director at Redge Technologies, Chief Sales Officer at Lerta, and Head of Sales for IoT and Advanced Technologies at Orange. Justyna has also held various senior positions at Orange Polska and Telekomunikacja Polska, focusing on client acquisition and strategic client relationships. An entrepreneur, Justyna owned a shoe trading business from 1997 to 2001. Justyna holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw and completed additional training at the Academy of Leadership Psychology at Warsaw University of Technology.
