Patrick Mendiz

Patrick Mendiz is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in program management and service delivery within cybersecurity operations. Currently serving as a Program Manager for CyberSecurity Operations at OnX Canada since August 2015, Patrick has successfully maintained the integrity of IT environments by ensuring timely updates and patches for critical systems. Previous roles include Service Delivery Manager at OnX Canada, where responsibilities encompassed managing a comprehensive IT portfolio and fostering collaboration across teams. Prior to this, Patrick held various positions at Volvo IT, including Service Runtime Manager and Assistant Manager for the Service Desk, where strong customer liaison skills and operational efficiency were demonstrated. Patrick began a career at Hewlett-Packard, leading a Service Desk team, and contributed to service quality at Allsec Technologies Limited as a Transaction Monitoring Officer. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Sciences from Bharathiar University.
