Jann Butler

Jann Butler is the current VP of People at onxMaps. Prior to their current position, they served as the Global VP of Human Resources at Datalogic from January 2017 to October 2018. In this role, they were responsible for all HR activities in the Americas region and served as a business partner for C-suite executives including the Chief Technology Officer and Global Sales Executives.

Butler has extensive experience in the field of human resources, having served as the Global HR Leader for Consumer Retail at Amazon from January 2011 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of HR professionals in support of Amazon’s rapidly growing consumer retail business. Prior to Amazon, Butler served as the Global VP of Human Resources at Fluke Networks, a Danaher Corporation company, from January 2008 to December 2011. In this role, they were responsible for leading the HR function for a global organization with over 4,000 employees in 30 countries.

Butler holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington.

Jann Butler has a BS in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and is certified in coach training from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Jann also has certifications from SHRM in GPHR and Senior Professional Human Resources.
