Rafael Levy Diner

Rafael Levy Diner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rafael has worked as a Trainer & Sales Manager at Onyx Coffee Lab since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at Dirt Coffee Bar from 2021 to 2023, where they successfully achieved sales and budgetary goals and expanded the business by opening a second location. Rafael also implemented cost-saving measures and enhanced accessibility for neurodivergent staff through a new POS system.

In 2022, Rafael worked for the Specialty Coffee Association, serving as the Cupping & Community Bar Manager at World of Coffee Milan and the Coffee Services Manager at SCA Boston Expo.

From 2020 to 2021, Rafael worked as the Operations and Personnel Manager at Monk & Mongoose Coffee Co. Rafael demonstrated excellent leadership skills by developing staff, creating training opportunities, and excelling as a barista.

Additionally, Rafael has prior experience as a Fellow with Denver Urban Gardens at Repair the World in 2021 and as a Communications Fellow at Hickenlooper 2020 in 2020. Rafael also served as a Communications Intern for Alexis King for Judicial District 1 District Attorney in 2020.

Earlier in their career, Rafael held the position of Assistant Manager at The Clue Room from 2017 to 2020 and participated in the Leadership Cohort at Hillel International from 2019 to 2020.

Rafael Levy Diner pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Economics from the University of Chicago between 2018 and 2020. Following that, from 2021 to 2022, they attended the University of Colorado Denver, where they focused on Business Administration and Management, General, earning another Bachelor's degree.
