Dushan Bouchek has extensive work experience in various roles within the architecture and planning industry. Dushan began their career as an Intern Architect at AIA AE Computer Task Force in 1986 before transitioning to Architect Intern at Health Facilities Planning/Ambuske. In 1980, they became Director of Operations at both Onyx Creative and Herschman Architects. Later, in 1997, they served as a Land Use Guide Plan Advisor at Russell Township. Dushan'sroles showcase their expertise in operations, architecture, planning, and advisory positions.

Dushan Bouchek completed their high school education at Cleveland Heights High School from 1974 to 1978, earning a degree in General studies. Dushan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Architecture at Kent State University from 1978 to 1984. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from 1978 to 1983 and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from 1978 to 1984.
