Stewart Hanley

Stewart Hanley is an experienced property management professional with a diverse background in overseeing and managing a wide range of commercial properties and development projects. Currently serving as Property Manager at Onyx Equities since August 2014, Stewart manages over 1 million square feet of commercial properties in Northern New Jersey and New York. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where responsibilities encompassed the operational management of the Toys R Us International Headquarters, and Property Manager positions at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and Cohen Brothers Realty Corp, managing multiple properties in high-demand locations. Early experience includes directing a $2.3 billion development project at Queens West Development Corp and facilities management at Empire State Development Corp. Stewart holds a Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, an Associate's Degree in Construction Management from The City University of New York, and various certifications, including FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and LEED Green Associate.
