Theresa Ulibarri

Theresa Ulibarri has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting from 1993, they worked at American Express as a Senior Instructional Designer, where they designed and facilitated various training programs. Theresa then joined NICE inContact in 2012, assuming roles such as Communications Specialist, QA Engineer, and Customer Success Manager. During their time there, they created corporate communications, managed social media platforms, and designed test plans to improve product quality. In 2004, Theresa became a Mortgage Broker at Home Money Loans, where they marketed the business and ensured compliance with government regulations. Currently, they are working at Onyx Graphics, Inc. as a Territory Sales Manager and has also held the position of Customer Success Representative.

Theresa Ulibarri completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Information Systems from the University of Phoenix in the years 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Writing Headlines" from LinkedIn in February 2020 and "Managing Documents with SharePoint 2013" from Lynda.com in March 2019.
