Aleks Grocic

Aleks Grocic has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Technical Coop at GE Appliances, where they were involved in test validation and literature updates for new product development. In 2016, they joined Eaton's Leadership Development Program, initially working as a Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for the manufacturing process and equipment. Aleks later became a Quality Engineer, addressing recurring quality issues, and then a Marketing Engineer, gaining industry and corporate experience. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Patent Examiner at USPTO. In 2021, they worked as a Technical Rock Climbing Guide, ensuring safety and setting up anchors for climbing adventures. Aleks Grocic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
