Katrijn Van den Hende has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Katrijn began their career in 1994 at Volvo Cars Belgium as the Dealer Network Development, Logistics, and Orderoffice Manager. Katrijn then worked at Chemcopack as an Account Manager from 1999 to 2001. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at Farm@d as the Office, Training, and Marketing Manager. Katrijn joined the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe in 2006, where they served in the role of Human Resources Management until 2011. Simultaneously, they also worked at Onyx Consulting from 2006 to 2015 as a Training, Coaching, and Management Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Onyx One, a role they have been in since 2014. In this role, Katrijn is responsible for leading the financial strategy and custom e-Learning division of Onyx One. Katrijn'sexpertise lies in commercial engineering, enabling their to drive innovation, financial agility, and educational excellence in the organization.
From 1989 to 1994, Katrijn Van den Hende attended Antwerp University, where they obtained a degree in Commercial Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Technology.
