Micaela Ferguson

Micaela Ferguson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles across military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Enlisted Leader in the U.S. Navy Reserve since June 2017, Micaela also works as a Realtor and Military Relocation Professional at ONYX Realty Professionals and previously held positions at Keller Williams. Micaela's past experience includes serving as a Senior Federal Learning Specialist at Oracle and specializing in Electronic Warfare and Spectrum Operations at Amentum. Micaela's earlier roles in the U.S. Navy involve career counseling, training and development, and electronic intelligence analysis. Micaela holds a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, completed in 2020.
