César Porras has an extensive education history. César first attended the Centro de Estudios Santa María del Castillo from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Delineación en Edificios y Obras. Following that, they attended the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Arquitectura Técnica. After completing their undergraduate studies, César returned to the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2008 to 2010 to earn a Master's degree in Técnicas y Sistemas Constructivos. Subsequently, in 2010, they enrolled at the Universidad Nebrija for one year, where they pursued a Grado en Ingeniería de la Edificación. Lastly, from 2010 to 2014, César studied at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid once again, this time completing a PHD in Engineering.
