Antonio Rocha, CFP®

Antonio Rocha, CFP® has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Antonio is currently the Co-founder & CEO of Onze, a position they have held since January 2020. In the same year, they also became an Angel Investor at Urca Angels in September.

In 2021, Antonio Rocha joined LIDE FUTURO as a Member in February. Prior to these roles, they worked at Red Ventures as a Vice President from January 2018 to January 2020, and co-founded IQ Brazil in the same period.

Antonio Rocha started their career at McKinsey & Company in 2007 as a Business Analyst, and later held roles as an Associate and Engagement Manager. Antonio became an Associate Partner focused on Strategy, Marketing, and Sales across different industries and sectors. Antonio was elected as a partner of the firm in November 2017.

Antonio Rocha also gained valuable experience during their time at Harvard Business School, where they pursued an MBA from July 2010 to July 2012. Antonio also worked as a Summer Associate in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse in 2011.

Before joining McKinsey & Company, Antonio Rocha served as a Project Manager for the Secretary of Economic Development at the Rio de Janeiro City Hall from February 2009 to June 2010.

Antonio Rocha, CFP®, holds an MBA in Business and Administration from Harvard Business School, which was obtained between the years 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their educational background, Antonio Rocha has obtained several certifications, including the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) from PLANEJAR, which they received in November 2021, and the Corretor de Seguros certification from SUSEP - Superintendência de Seguros Privados, which they obtained in July 2018.
