Stefi Menor is currently the Customer Support Team Lead at Oodrive, a position held since 2024. Previously, they worked at Alkemics (now part of Salsify) as an Associate Support Engineer from 2019 to 2022 and as a Customer Support Analyst. Before that, Stefi was with Berlitz-Telelangue as Chargée de Mission Knowledge/Analyste fonctionnel from 2018 to 2019 and coordinated intercultural training and client support at Berlitz GLT from 2012 to 2018. Stefi holds a Master’s degree in Management and Business Strategy with a focus on Sustainable Development and CSR from ISCG Paris, and a Bachelor's degree in English, Economics, and Management from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
