Elizabeth Parker

Elizabeth Parker has a diverse work experience in customer service operations, holding various leadership roles. In 2009, they were the Director of Customer Service at Clarks before becoming the Vice President of Customer Service in 2013. Elizabeth then moved on to The Rockport Group in 2018 as the Senior Director of Customer Service until 2020. From 2015 to 2021, Elizabeth worked as a Customer Service Operations Consultant. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Care at OOFOS.

Elizabeth Parker attended Ithaca College from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General Management.
